一、適用範圍(Scope of Application)

本隱私權政策適用於您使用本 App（包含國際版本及台灣地區版本）及其相關功能與服務時，所涉及之個人資料蒐集、處理與利用行為。

本政策不適用於非本公司所營運、管理或控制之第三方網站、服務或外部連結。

二、個人資料之蒐集、處理與利用(Collection and Use of Personal Data)

本公司將依您使用本 App 功能之性質，於特定目的範圍內蒐集並使用下列個人資料：

• 1. 基本識別資料：如姓名、電子郵件信箱、聯絡方式、會員帳號資訊。
• 2. 使用與裝置資料：如登入與操作紀錄、裝置類型、作業系統、IP 位址、系統紀錄，用於系統維運、資安管理及服務優化。
• 3. 位置資訊：當您啟用需定位之功能（如行程紀錄、緊急求助或 SOS 功能）時，經您同意後，本 App 可能於背景蒐集 GPS 位置資訊；您可隨時於裝置或 App 設定中關閉定位權限。
• 4. 通訊錄資料：當您啟用緊急聯絡或 SOS 功能時，經您同意後，本 App 僅存取您所指定之緊急聯絡人資訊，用於緊急通知或位置分享。

除依法令規定或經您事前明確同意外，本公司不會將您的個人資料使用於前述目的以外之用途。

三、會員帳號與個人資料刪除機制(Account Deletion)

本公司依政策，提供使用者可於本 App 內自行刪除會員帳號與相關個人資料之機制，無須聯絡客服人員。

（一）App 內刪除流程

• 1. 開啟本 App，進入「個人資料」或「帳號設定」頁面
• 2. 點選「帳號管理」或「編輯」功能
• 3. 選擇「永久刪除會員帳號」
• 4. 依畫面指示輸入會員帳號與密碼進行身分驗證
• 5. 點擊「送出」完成刪除程序

（二）刪除重要說明（不可逆）

• • 會員帳號刪除為不可逆之行為，刪除完成後將無法復原。
• • 帳號刪除後，您的會員帳號、個人基本資料及使用紀錄將一併刪除。
• • 刪除完成後，您將無法再使用原帳號登入或使用本 App 任何服務。
• • 若日後欲再次使用本公司服務，須重新註冊新的會員帳號。
• • 為符合法令、會計或監管機關之要求，部分依法須留存之資料（如交易或帳務紀錄）將依相關法規保存，並於保存期限屆滿後刪除。

四、個人資料之安全保護(Data Security)

本公司採取合理且適當之資訊安全措施，包括防火牆、防毒系統、資料加密、存取權限控管及內部管理機制，以防止個人資料遭未經授權之存取、洩漏、竄改或毀損。僅限經授權人員於業務必要範圍內接觸個人資料，並負有保密義務。

Deletion Process
