Remote video consultations are more suitable for: Routine health and wellness discussions with a doctor you already know Supplemental consultation before or after an in-person medical visit Situations where you are traveling abroad and unable to obtain timely medical care For medical emergencies or serious conditions, strictly visit a medical institution in person for diagnosis and treatment.

This company only provides a communication platform for members and healthcare professionals to conduct video communication. We do not represent any physician or medical institution and do not intervene in any medical consultation between you and a physician. Docter assumes no liability for any disputes arising from the use of this service.
Personal Data Authorization Once a member makes an appointment or initiates a call with any medical professional for health consultation, it is deemed that: You understand and agree to grant permission for that medical professional, The medical institution to which they belong, Any referred or consulted physicians designated by that provider, to access your relevant personal health information. This company will not transmit or sell your personal data to any third party without your authorization. You understand and agree that the system may record audio or video during the consultation, which may be used as reference for billing purposes.

Payment Agreement

Members agree to pay for all services used and authorize the platform to deduct fees from their prepaid account. In case of insufficient balance, members agree to top up or settle outstanding amounts within 24 hours. Failure to pay may result in: Legal action taken by the company Reporting of overdue records to credit agencies Members agree to waive the right to dispute such actions. Stored Value Validity, Transfer & Refund Stored value refers to amounts prepaid by members and does not include promotional bonus points. Stored value: No expiration date. May be transferred to another member or refunded Please contact customer service to request a refund. Remaining balance will be refunded within 5 business days, A handling fee of NT$30 will be deducted from the refund.

Termination of Membership Rights

To maintain service quality, the company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate membership for improper or abusive use.
